Order registration is a process for registering information about foreign goods purchased in the trading system and it is a document to confirm the permission of foreign goods to enter Iran. This process is carried out by Iran’s Comprehensive Trade System, and in some cases, in addition to the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade, in order to obtain a license to enter goods, it requires approval from other organizations such as the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Atomic Energy Organization, etc.
Required documents for order registration:
1- Valid business card and membership in the Ministry of Commerce
2- Necessary licenses based on the rules written in the export and import regulations book (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Atomic Energy Organization, etc.)
3- Original pre-invoice or proforma with complete information about the buyer, seller and goods
4- Ordered product catalog (devices and equipment)
